It is quick and easy to donate a car, truck, boat, RV, motorcycle, construction equipment or other vehicle — running or not! Plus, when you donate your car, your vehicle donation may be eligible for a tax deduction- if you itemize. (Consult the IRS or your tax adviser for details.)

The ultimate goal of Habitat for Humanity is to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the face of the earth by building basic but decent and adequate housing.

Furthermore, all our words and actions are for the purpose of putting shelter on the hearts and minds of people in such a way that poverty housing and homelessness become socially, politically, and religiously unacceptable in our nation and world.

The needs for our community are numerous. Many people continue to work at minimum wage. It currently takes two full time jobs to afford a decent 2 bedroom apartment with an average rental cost of $650.00. Can't volunteer? . . . Well another way to help is through a loving monetary donation. One-hundred percent of all donations received by your local affiliate will go a long way towards providing decent housing for those people in need in Citrus County.
