Habitat's "ReSTORE" is situated at 3685 East Forest Drive, in Inverness. We have been in this location for seven years now and people are still calling to ask, "Where are you located?" Once they find us (sometimes quite accidentally) we are often told, "This is our first time here, we didn't even know you existed".

When prompted, the first-time-visitor is there because someone else told them about Habitat's "ReSTORE" and all the great stuff that we have.

We are glad to know that so many of you do tell your friends about the Habitat "ReSTORE".

The focus is now to improve the overall profile and visibility of the "Habitat ReSTORE" via the media. We want to let the good people of Citrus County know where we are, what we are doing and how they can continue to help. This message and website are just a couple of ways we are achieving this goal.

The "Habitat ReSTORE" has undergone major renovations and is a pleasure for people to browse and look for those treasures, or whatever takes their fancy while spending time inside the front showroom and rear warehouse.

The volunteer base that helps run the "Habitat ReSTORE" is giving their all to help with our goals, greeting and talking to our customers, asking questions and helping them in any way they can, all with a cheerful smile and disposition.

While out in the warehouse other volunteers are cleaning, moving stock around, while trying to keep the overall look of the store clean and manageable.

Others drive the "Habitat ReSTORE" van delivering purchases and picking up donations from all over Citrus County. Volunteers carry out all these tasks, with guidance from the Management team.

None of our goals would be met if it were not for these few volunteers that give their time and effort. For this we thank them all. The goals of the "Habitat ReSTORE" are simple, with the help of God, to maintain and support our Citrus County Habitat For Humanity affiliate build homes for those in need.
